Questions and answers will be posted here as they are gathered.

1. Who is responsible for updating the device (software and apps)?
The Chromebook operating system, Chrome OS, updates itself automatically. Students do not need to manually update their Chromebooks.  By logging in with their school email account Chromebooks seamlessly integrate with the Google Apps for Education suite and the Microsoft Office 365 suite and cloud account for productivity and collaboration. This suite includes Google Docs (word processing), Spreadsheets, Presentations, Drawings, Forms, Microsoft Office 365, on-line Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Onenote.  Students are allowed to install appropriate Chrome web apps and extensions from the Chrome Web Store. Students are responsible for the web apps and extensions they install on their Chromebooks. Inappropriate material will result in disciplinary action.

2. W
hat if my child does not have access to Wifi at home?
