Principal's Message

Greetings,

Welcome to Andersonville Elementary School.  Our school is truly a "Wonderful Place to Learn."  We are a growing community and school in rural East Tennessee, near Norris Lake, with some of the most picturesque scenery you can imagine.  A climate of active learning, with a strong literacy component, is evident as you walk by every classroom.   We are very proud of our school, and our educational success.   We have weekly celebrations to cheer successes and applaud accomplishments.  There are many factors contributing to this success. The teaching and support staff  at Andersonville are dedicated to the accomplishments of every student.  It is a privilege to work with so many qualified and caring individuals, who are determined to provide the best education possible for our students.  This dedication and commitment extends to the families of our students.  We believe that working together is the only way to guarantee success for every student.
